First, players share a story of overcoming

In the classroom, players share a story of how they've used a success strategy to reach a goal.

Next, students share their own goals

Students prepare for visits by having written about a goal they have for the future, and then share with the players.

Lastly, students write about what they learned

Students compose thank-you letters to players explaining how they'll use what they learned as they work towards their own goals.
